  1. People on cadences with no phone number

Every call step for them is skipped or dialled blind.

Check it yourself: Filter people who are on an active cadence and have no phone in any phone field.

Enrich fills them as they join a cadence

  2. People on cadences with no email

Their email steps can't send, so the cadence moves on without them.

Check it yourself: Filter people on an active cadence with an empty email field.

Enrich finds emails the same way

  3. Wrong, dead and invalid numbers

Reps keep dialling numbers that will never connect.

Check it yourself: Look for numbers logged as wrong number, numbers that have never connected after several tries, and numbers too short or long to be real.

Connect flags them, Enrich replaces them

  4. Best number not in the main phone field

Reps and dialers start with the main field, so the first dial is often the weakest.

Check it yourself: For people with several numbers, compare which one has actually connected with which one is in the main field.

Connect writes each person's best number

  5. Caller IDs connecting less than they should

A sudden drop on one caller ID is the usual sign of a Spam Likely label.

Check it yourself: Compare each caller ID's connect rate this week with its own past and with the team's other numbers.

Why calls show as Spam Likely

  6. Which number sources connect

Providers and lists are renewed on hit rate, not on whether their numbers get answered.

Check it yourself: Split connect rate by where each number came from: each provider, each import, or typed in by hand.

    Connect compares sources

  7. Reps behind what their numbers should get

A rep on poor numbers or a flagged caller ID looks like a weak rep.

Check it yourself: Compare each rep's connect rate with what others get on the same caller IDs and at the same times, not with the team average.

Insights and Connect compare reps fairly

  8. Duplicate accounts and people

Duplicates split activity and ownership, so reps double up or miss history.

Check it yourself: Look for accounts that share a domain and people who share an email address.

    Import matches before it creates

  9. A Last Connected date on people and accounts

Without one, no view can find who nobody has reached in 90 days.

Check it yourself: Check whether a field holds the last connected call for each person, and for each account across its people, and whether it's current.

  10. Account and people owners in step

After a territory change, people often stay with the old owner.

Check it yourself: Compare each person's owner with their account's owner and count the ones that differ.
