Pulsar, right next to the person you're about to call.

Pulsar Lens is a browser extension that opens beside Salesloft and LinkedIn. Reps see which number to dial first and when, find a missing phone or email without adding anyone to a cadence, and add a LinkedIn profile to Salesloft without copying and pasting.

Included in the £100/month plan Works with Pulsar Connect, Enrich and Import No Salesloft or provider keys in the browser
What it does

Three things reps do every day, without leaving the page

Pulsar already does this work for your team. Lens puts it on the screen reps are looking at, at the moment they need it.

Know which number to dial

Open a person in Salesloft and Lens shows every number on the record: its priority tier, connect rate and your team's calls to it. It also shows which one to dial first, and the best time to call them. Numbers marked wrong or that never connect get a warning before anyone wastes a dial.

From Pulsar Connect

Find a phone or email now

No number? Click Find phone, Find email or both. Your team's own waterfall runs straight away, without adding the person to a cadence. Before you click, Lens shows which providers will be asked, in order, and how many credits each has left. The result is written to Salesloft and shows in the panel.

From Pulsar Enrich

LinkedIn to Salesloft in a couple of clicks

On a LinkedIn profile, click Read this profile. Lens fills in the name, job title, company and location for you to check. Then it checks Salesloft for the person and their company's account, and adds them if they're new, with an option to find their phone and email straight away.

From Pulsar Import

On Salesloft

The answer is on the page they're already on

Connect works out each person's best number and best time every night and writes them to Salesloft. Lens shows the reasons behind them as well, so a rep can see why the mobile is the one to try.

  • Every number with its tier: call first, worth calling, rarely connects, or not enough history yet
  • Your team's calls and connects on each number, and when it was last called
  • A clear warning on numbers marked wrong, not real, or that never connect
  • Their best days and two-hour window, in their own time zone
  • Lens works out which person is open from the page address. It doesn't read or change Salesloft's pages
On LinkedIn

From profile to Salesloft record, checked for duplicates

Copying a LinkedIn profile into Salesloft by hand is slow, and it's how duplicates and half-empty records start. Lens does the typing and the checking.

  1. Read this profile. Lens reads the profile on your screen, only when you click, and shows what it read for you to correct.
  2. Check Salesloft. It looks for anyone with the same LinkedIn link, and for the company's account, using Pulsar's own copy of your Salesloft data.
  3. Add to Salesloft. New people are added to the right account. Tick Find phone and Find email, and Enrich fills them in.

No email yet? Lens asks Salesloft to hold back emails to them until Enrich finds a real address, so a cadence never sends to nowhere.

Built for the IT sign-off

Small on purpose

Browser extensions get a hard look from IT, and they should. Lens asks for as little as it can.

No keys in the browser

Lens never holds your Salesloft or provider keys. Everything goes through Pulsar, with the same checks as the app, and each browser can be disconnected from Pulsar's Settings at any time.

One profile, when you click

On LinkedIn, Lens reads only the profile on your screen, and only when you click. It doesn't browse, scroll, collect lists or run in the background.

Three sites, nothing else

It works only on Salesloft, LinkedIn and Pulsar. It can't see your other tabs, your email or anything else you browse.

Questions

Pulsar Lens, answered

When will it be ready?
Soon. We're finishing it with a small group of teams first. Ask for early access and we'll let you know as soon as it's in the Chrome Web Store and Edge Add-ons.
What does it cost?
Nothing extra. Lens comes with the same £100/month or £1,000/year plan as the five products, for every rep on your team. Finding a phone or email uses your own provider credits, the same as Pulsar Enrich does in a cadence.
How do reps get it?
Each rep installs it from the Chrome Web Store or Edge Add-ons, clicks Connect to Pulsar, and signs in with the email they use for Salesloft. Anyone active on your team's Salesloft can connect it, not just admins. That sign-in only connects Lens; it doesn't open the rest of Pulsar, and an admin can disconnect any browser from Settings.
Which browsers?
Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, on Mac and Windows. It opens in the browser's side panel, so it sits next to the page instead of covering it.
Do we need Pulsar Connect, Enrich or Import?
They're all in the same plan, so yes, you'll have them. Each part of Lens uses one of them: number scores and best times come from Connect, Find phone and email runs your Enrich waterfall, and LinkedIn matching uses the copy of your Salesloft data Pulsar already keeps for Import.
Does it scrape LinkedIn?
No. It reads the one profile a rep has open, only when they click, and the rep checks what it read before anything is sent. It never visits pages on its own, scrolls through results or collects profiles in bulk. Reps should still use it in line with LinkedIn's terms.
Will a Salesloft update break it?
It shouldn't. On Salesloft, Lens only uses the page address to know which person is open. It doesn't read or change Salesloft's pages, so a change to Salesloft's design doesn't affect it.
