Your call history already knows what connects.

Pulsar Connect reads every call your team has logged in Salesloft and turns it into answers. It shows which number to dial first and when, which reps are really behind, which caller IDs have just been flagged as spam, and which data sources are worth their credits. Each person's best number and best time to call are written back to their Salesloft record.

Insights from day one Best number and best time on every record Included in the £100/month plan
The problem

Salesloft records every call. Nobody has time to read them.

Months of outcomes, caller IDs and connect patterns sit in your CRM, and most of it never changes a single decision. So teams keep dialling blind.

  • Reps dial the first number on the record, not the one most likely to answer
  • A rep on a spam-flagged caller ID looks like a weak rep
  • Dead and wrong numbers get dialled again, and again
  • Data vendors get renewed on hit rate, not on whether their numbers connect
What Connect reads
  • Every call and its outcome, from your full Salesloft history
  • The caller ID each call went out on
  • Each rep, cadence and cadence step
  • Which phone field was dialled: mobile, office or home
  • Where every number came from: an Enrich provider and waterfall step, an import such as a Cognism export, or typed in by hand

New calls are picked up within 10 minutes, and the caller ID behind each one within the hour, with a full sync every 4 hours as a safety net.

What's inside

Six questions, answered from your own data

Each is a page in the Connect dashboard, built for the leader or ops person who owns the number.

"Are we connecting more?"

Overview

Calls, connect rate, positive outcomes and dials per connect against the previous 30 days. Plus a weekly trend, the best day and hour to call in each rep's local time, the dial where extra attempts stop paying off, and connect rate by cadence step.

For sales leadership

"Which number, and when?"

Best numbers and best time New

Every number a person has is scored on real outcomes: your team's calls, plus anonymised outcomes for the same number across Pulsar customers. The best one gets a tier: P1 call first, P2 worth calling, P4 rarely connects, P3 not enough history yet. Each person also gets the two-hour window and weekdays they're most likely to pick up, in their own timezone. Both are written to Salesloft so reps and views can use them.

For reps, via Salesloft

"Has a caller ID just been flagged?"

Caller IDs and alerts New

Each outbound number is judged against what the same reps get on their other numbers, so a number isn't blamed for who dialled from it. When one suddenly stops connecting, the usual sign it's been labelled spam, you get an alert in Slack or by email that week. It names the reps using the number and the healthy numbers to move them to.

For RevOps

"Who's genuinely ahead or behind?"

Reps

Each rep's connect rate against par: what other reps connect at on the same caller IDs. Coaching conversations start from a fair number, and you can open any rep to see their caller IDs side by side.

For sales managers

"Which data is worth paying for?"

Number sources

Connect rate, reach, bad-number rate and credits per connect for every Enrich provider, split by the waterfall step that found the number, and for your import vendors such as Cognism exports. Plus plain-English takeaways.

For RevOps and leadership

"What's wasting our dials?"

Number cleanup and repair New

Numbers that are invalid for their country, marked as wrong numbers by a rep, or never answered after your chosen number of dials. Flag them on every person in a Salesloft field, so views can filter them out. Switch on repair and each one is cleared with a note saying why, the removed number and the reason are kept in two person fields so nothing you paid for is lost, and Pulsar Enrich looks for a different number, skipping the provider that found the bad one.

For RevOps
Native write-back

The answer lives on the record

Connect writes each person's recommendation to Salesloft fields named like Enrich's own: their best number and its tier, and the best time to call them. Reps never open Connect. Build a Salesloft view that puts P1 people first, sorted by best time, and they just dial.

  • Only people whose recommendation changed are written
  • Paced to leave most of your Salesloft API allowance free; best times go out as bulk jobs, which use none
  • Missing fields are created for you on setup

How it works

One connection. Insights from the first morning.

1

Connect Salesloft

Connect uses the same Salesloft connection as the rest of the suite. There's nothing extra to sign in to, and no rep has to install anything.

One connection for all five
2

Your history is imported

Every past call is pulled in, along with the caller ID behind each call from Salesloft's call records (which Salesloft keeps for about a year). Dashboards and scores start from real history.

No warm-up period
3

It keeps itself current

New calls land within 10 minutes. Insights and caller ID checks refresh every few hours, and best numbers and best times are worked out again and written back nightly. No manual runs, nothing to maintain.

Zero admin

Coming soon In Pulsar Lens: each number's tier, connect rate and wrong-number warning, plus the best time to call, right beside the person in Salesloft. See Pulsar Lens

Built to be trusted

Fair by design. Private by default.

Your dashboards only ever show your own team's calls. The scores behind best numbers also learn from how the same numbers answered for other Pulsar customers, so a number your team has never dialled can still be scored.

Fair comparisons

Reps are measured against par for the caller IDs they used, and caller IDs against the reps who used them. A verdict only appears when there are enough calls to be sure.

No plain-text prospect numbers

Prospect phone numbers are pseudonymised with a salted SHA-256 hash before they're stored. Outcomes are pooled across customers only by that hash, so no customer ever sees another's calls, people or numbers.

The right local time

Team insights use each rep's own timezone. Each person's best time to call is in their timezone, leaning on their company's and your team's calls when they have little history of their own.
