Data processing agreement

A DPA is a contract between your company and ours, so we execute it bilaterally rather than publishing a click-to-accept version here.

How to get one

Email contact@pulsargtm.com with the subject "DPA request" and your company's legal name. We'll send our standard DPA as an editable document you can redline, and we're happy to review yours instead if your legal team prefers its own paper.

What it covers

Our standard DPA is written directly from what Pulsar Enrich actually does, not from a generic template. In summary:

  • Subject matter. Receiving contact records from your Salesloft account via webhook, calling enrichment providers you have configured with your own credentials, and writing results back to your Salesloft account — at your direction and for no other purpose.
  • Roles. You are the controller; PulsarGTM Ltd (company number 17516178) is the processor. Your enrichment providers and Salesloft are your own vendors under your own agreements, not our sub-processors.
  • Number scoring across customers. Pulsar Connect scores phone numbers from every customer's call outcomes, keyed only by a salted hash of the number. When you delete your data, weekly call and connect counts per hashed number are kept for that scoring, with nothing linking them to you. The DPA sets out this use.
  • Sub-processors. Railway (hosting, database and queue) and Resend (sign-in emails). We'll notify you before adding any other.
  • Security measures. As described on our security page — encryption at rest and in transit, in-memory-only credential handling, tenant isolation, and verified webhooks.
  • Data subject requests, deletion and return. Handled on request via privacy@pulsargtm.com, with timelines committed in the signed agreement.
  • International transfers. Our infrastructure providers may process data outside the UK/EEA; the DPA sets out the transfer mechanism relied on.

Running a vendor review? Send the questionnaire along with the DPA request and we'll return both together. Our privacy policy and security overview answer most of the standard questions up front.
