Hunter.io + Salesloft
Use your own Hunter.io account inside Pulsar Enrich. When someone joins a Salesloft cadence without an email address, Hunter.io is asked as one step in your waterfall, and what it finds is written straight to their Salesloft record.
At a glance
Hunter.io in Pulsar Enrich
- Finds
- Email addresses
- Your account
- Your own Hunter.io API key (where to find it)
- Credits
- Pulsar reads your Hunter.io balance every hour, and shows how long it will last
- Cost
- You pay Hunter.io directly, at your price. Pulsar adds nothing.
- Status in Pulsar
- New: built to the provider's own documentation, not yet tried with a live account
How it works
- Add your key. Paste your Hunter.io API key in Pulsar. It's encrypted and never shown again.
- Place it in a waterfall. Put Hunter.io first, or after a cheaper provider, for email.
- It runs on its own. When someone joins a cadence you've switched on, the steps run in order and stop at the first find.
Better together
Hunter.io plus your other providers
One provider gives you a hit rate. A waterfall tries the next provider when Hunter.io misses, and Pulsar Connect shows which provider's numbers actually connect.
FAQ
Hunter.io and Salesloft, answered
Do I need my own Hunter.io account?
Yes. Pulsar uses your own Hunter.io account and API key, so its credits are charged by Hunter.io at your price, and your contract stays yours.
Will Hunter.io overwrite data we already have?
Not by default. A waterfall only fills empty fields. Overwriting is a setting you choose per waterfall.
Can we see what Hunter.io found?
Yes. Every find is logged with the provider, step, cost and date, and written to Salesloft fields your views and reports can use.
