New · Built natively for Salesloft

Update Salesloft from a spreadsheet. See every change first.

Pulsar Import creates and updates Salesloft people and accounts from a CSV, across every standard and custom field. Rows are matched by email, domain, Salesloft ID, CRM ID or LinkedIn, so nobody has to look up a single Salesloft ID. You see exactly what will change, row by row, before anything is written, and you can undo the whole import for 30 days.

The problem

Bulk changes in Salesloft shouldn't need a VLOOKUP and a prayer

Territory changes, list loads, a new custom field to backfill. Every one turns into an export, a spreadsheet of Salesloft IDs, and a nervous click.

  • Updating existing records means exporting Salesloft IDs and matching them into your file by hand
  • No way to see what a file will change before it changes it
  • One wrong column overwrites good data, with no easy way back
  • A shared inbox or duplicate email quietly updates the wrong person
What Import handles
  • People and accounts: create new, update existing, or both
  • Every standard Salesloft field and every custom field on your team, read live from Salesloft
  • Owners set by email address, people linked to accounts by domain
  • Tags added to what's there, never replaced
  • Up to 50,000 rows per file, with columns mapped for you from the headers
What's inside

Built for the way RevOps actually cleans data

Every decision a bulk update needs is made up front, and nothing is written until you've seen the result.

"How does it find the right record?"

Match on what you have

Rows find their Salesloft record by Salesloft ID, email (including secondary and personal), domain, CRM ID or LinkedIn URL, tried in the order you choose. CRM ID and LinkedIn are optional, for teams without a CRM or with people on more than one record. A row that matches more than one record is skipped, never guessed.

"What will this file actually do?"

See every change first

Before anything is written, each row shows what it will do: create, update (with every field's old and new value), already up to date, or needs a look. Filter to the rows you care about, and download the lot as a CSV.

"Will it overwrite good data?"

Your rules, per column

Choose per column whether the file overwrites Salesloft or only fills blanks. Empty cells are ignored unless you say otherwise. Custom fields are merged onto what's there, never wiped.

"What if we got it wrong?"

Undo for 30 days

Undo puts back every value the import changed and removes the records it created. Row-by-row results stay available for 30 days, so you can always show what happened.

"How long does a big file take?"

Matched in seconds

Pulsar keeps a private, hashed copy of every person's and account's match fields, loaded once with your Salesloft data and kept current. A 50,000-row file is matched in seconds instead of hours of lookups.

"Will it slow our reps down?"

Safe alongside live work

Writes run in the background, paced to leave Salesloft API allowance for your reps and for Enrich. Each record is re-read just before it's written, so a change made in the meantime isn't lost.

How it works

Upload, check, run. Undo if you need to.

1

Upload and map

Drop in a CSV of people or accounts. Columns are mapped to Salesloft fields from their headers, including your own custom fields, and you choose how each one is written.

Standard + custom fields
2

Choose how rows match

Salesloft ID, email or domain by default, plus CRM ID or LinkedIn if you want them. Then every row is checked against Salesloft, without writing anything.

3

Start, then walk away

The import runs in the background with live progress. Pause it, cancel it, or undo the whole thing for 30 days afterwards.

Undoable
Built to be trusted

Your data, handled carefully

Hashed match fields

Emails, domains, LinkedIn URLs and CRM IDs used for matching are stored only as salted hashes, never in plain text, and only ever compared within your own team.

Uploads don't linger

The rows from your file, and the old values kept for undo, are deleted 30 days after an import finishes. The totals stay.

Only what you mapped

Import writes only the fields you mapped, only when they actually change, using the same Salesloft connection as Enrich and Connect.
